I am sharing this review after having several positive experiences with Levco. Over the years, we have encountered problems with our system, and Levco has effectively resolved each one. Most recently, we had a heat pump installed that wasn't working. It turned out that the Levco installation team had forgotten to configure our zone control panel. I realized this, and a technician came out on a Sunday to show us how to use oil heat instead of the heat pump. Then a day later another technician came by and fixed the problem! Levco has always been reliable, and I feel that they are supportive of their customers.
