LEVCO LAUNCHES FREE DELIVERY OF BARBECUE PROPANE TANKS IN FAIRFIELD COUNTY, INCREASING SERVICE OFFERINGS TO CUSTOMERS
New service also supports the company’s mission of giving back to the community through strategic affiliation with Back to School Shop, Inc.
Trumbull, CT – May 25, 2021 Levco, Fairfield County’s premier provider of residential and commercial HVAC services as well as fuel oil and propane delivery, has expanded its services to include a free propane tank exchange delivery program. The new service offers a contactless, safe and convenient way for lower Fairfield County residents to get propane tanks for their outdoor barbecuing needs.
Following a simple and quick enrollment in the program, Levco delivers a 20 pound tank or tanks directly to the customer’s home and leaves it on the driveway near the house. When the customer is ready for an exchange tank, they simply fill out the form on levcopropane.com or scan the QR code on the tank to place an order. Next day deliveries are usually available when the order is placed by 4pm. When the exchange tank is delivered, Levco picks up the used tank. Levco will also, at no extra cost, take away any older tanks you have on your property that you need to have recycled. The cost of the initial Levco tank(s) is $15, plus a deposit. Tank exchanges are just $15.
Propane-fueled gas grills are being sold at a record pace and have outpaced sales of charcoal, electric, and natural gas grills combined. Most people take their tanks to the local propane dealer or supplier to be refilled. That means making sure the valve is sealed so no gas is leaking, transporting them in the family car, and making sure the integrity of the tank is not compromised. All of these could be potential safety hazards. With Levco’s free propane exchange delivery, customers don’t have to put the tank in their car, travel to a local dealer, wait on line or pay high, marked-up prices. Levco ensures that every tank is transported safely and conveniently right to the customer’s home, that it is up to code, and meets federal and state required guidelines. Since the tank is left by the garage door, the customer is not required to be at home for the delivery, making the service contactless and further supporting current social distancing guidelines.
Dedicated to the community it serves, Levco has aligned the new service to its corporate giving mission. For each new tank ordered, Levco will donate $5 to Back to School Shop, Inc., a local non-profit, all-volunteer organization which provides economically disadvantaged elementary school students with brand new clothing and supplies for a successful start to the school year.
